Thanks for your clarification of the Eugene Counts goals. Who will determine the priority of the suggestions to be presented to theCouncil? How will the final goals be used and measured? What is the budget for this project?
When can folks start to see some visible improvements in the downtown area? Stated another way, When will our photographers beable to walk the streets in safety without finding photos such as were involved in the Pictorial Volume one and two? Yes, there willalways be photo opportunities but we can all agree that it would be nice to immediately have fewer opportunities. Given we agree onthat, what is your personal goal and timetable to achieve an acceptable downtown and how will you measure the success of yourpersonal goal and timetable?
